1. Expedition Bookings & Deposits
To secure a spot on any trekking package or wildlife safari, a structured non-refundable deposit is required at registration. The full clear balance remains due no later than 30 days prior to the targeted scheduled tour departure target window date.
2. Liability & Altitude Risks
Mountaineering involves inherent physiological stress. Clients assume absolute operational liability for medical clearance and are required to hold valid comprehensive high-altitude rescue insurance coverage options prior to hitting the mountain gates.
